Obituary

Willard "Will" Earl Stauffer, 70, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem surrounded by his loving family. Will and his loving wife, Joann (Smith), celebrated 47 years of marriage. Born April 19, 1950 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Earl and Mildred (Rothrock) Stauffer. Will graduated from Southern Lehigh High School in 1969. He worked as a machinist at Bracalente for 45 years until retiring in 2016. Will then worked at Boscov's for 2 years as a dock guard. He loved sports, especially NASCAR. Will was always proudly stating, "Fords Forever." Will was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church.

In addition to his wife, Will is survived by his children, Shawn and his fiancé, Destinie, Terry and her fiancé, Adam, and Melissa; grandchildren, Emily, Alissa, Ally, Olivia, and Elijah; sister-in-law, Sandi Bloxsome and husband, Chas; brother-in-law, George Smith and wife, Helen; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Will was predeceased by his sister, Ethel Stauffer.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Feb. 8 th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall. Family and friends may call Monday from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. in Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 st St., Northampton. Burial will follow in Chestnut Hill Church Cemetery, Coopersburg. Those in attendance will kindly be requested to practice social distancing and wear a face cover.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in loving memory of Will. Online condolences may be offered above.
