Vernell M. Meyers, 77 of Bath passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born on April 27, 1944, in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Marie (Edelman) Hahn, Sr. Vernell was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Meyers who recently passed on August 8, 2021, after 56 years of marriage together. She and her husband were the proprietors of Meyers Gun Shop in Point Phillips for many years. In addition, Vernell worked as the HR Manager for Cutler-Hammer, secretary for Moore Township Police Department, Colonial Regional Police Department and Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Kreidersville. Vernell was a life member of the East Bath Rod and Gun Club, served on the committee for the Northampton High School class of 1963 reunion, was a member of the Northampton Chapter of AARP and volunteered her time with the Moore Township Historical Society. She had a passion for scrapbooking. Vernell loved spending time outdoors with her family. She was the 1976 women's PA state champion for trap shooting.

Survivors: Vernell is survived by daughters Kristine Meyers, Debra and husband Cory Stoudt; grandchildren Heather Kichline, Tyler, Dylan, and Riley Stoudt; great-grandchildren, Dominic, Melodie and several nieces and nephews. Brothers, Raymond "Butch" Hahn, Jr., Linford Hahn and Glenn Hahn preceded Vernell in death.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 24 ^th at 11:00 a.m. in the church, 1335 Old Carriage Rd., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service in the church. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery. Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton are in charge of arrangements.
