Theresa Mirakovits Mason, 95, formerly of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Sacred Heart Senior Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late Emil J. Mason. Born April 2, 1925 in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Yelensits) Mirakovits. Theresa (Tessie) worked at Everson Electric for 20 years until retiring in 1986. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. "Tessie" loved life. She especially loved polka music and followed all polka bands. Her favorite was Walt Groller.

Survivors: daughter, Sandra Ehret and her husband, Barry; grandson, Bryan Ehret; 2 great granddaughters, Taylor Michelle Ehret and Blakely Ann Ehret. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Joseph and Edward.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 12 ^th at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church, 4456 Main St., Whitehall. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton. Those in attendance will kindly be requested to practice social distancing and wear a face cover.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in loving memory of Theresa. Online condolences may be offered above.
