Susanne Scholz, 73 of Allentown, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born on September 27, 1952 in Plainfield, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Susanne (Decker) Scholz. Susanne was employed as an RN for various healthcare facilities throughout her career. 

Survivors: brother, Michael Scholz and wife Bernie, nieces and nephews. A sister, Mary Ann and her niece, Bernadine preceded Susanne in death. 

Services: Family and friends may gather on Wednesday, May 27th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Interment will be private. 

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an animal charity of one’s choice in loving memory of Susanne.
