Sandra L. Thomas, 76, of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late William L. Thomas. Born June 10, 1946, in Allentown, she was a daughter of Ellen (Smith) Roth and the late William Roth. Sandra was a nurse at the State Hospital. She also provided nursing care as a traveling nurse. She enjoyed playing bingo at Lappawinzo Fish and Game with her mom and good friend Dave. Sandra had immense amounts of love for her cats Precious and Missy, and family dogs Roscoe, Zsa Zsa, and Bane.

Survivors: In addition to her mother, Sandra is survived by her sons, Max Achey and Mike Achey and his wife, Laurie; daughter, Sherry Alfaro; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Faryna; several nephews; and the father of her children Max Achey and his wife, Jane. Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Smith.
