Raymond A. Buffington, 95 of Northampton passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in his home. Born on March 13, 1929 in Elizabethville, PA, he was a son of the late Herbert and Cora (Baldorf) Buffington. Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa (Milisits) in 1999. He was employed as an assembler for Mack Trucks retiring in 1991. Raymond was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton. He honorably served our country in the US Marines.

Survivors: Raymond is survived by his daughter, Marie Dolan and husband William; son, Jeffrey Buffington and wife Kathy; grandchildren, Nicholas and fiancé Nicole Sell, William, Jennifer Dolan, Heather Meng; great granddaughter, Danielle Buffington and several nieces and nephews. 16 siblings preceded Raymond in death.

Services: family and friends may gather on Friday, February 14th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
