Ray A. Snyder, 74, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2026 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. Born July 26, 1951 in Allentown, he was a son of the late Clyde and Hilda (Gilly) Snyder. Ray was a Technology Technician for Northampton Area School District for many years. He honorably served our country in the U.S. Navy. 

Survivors: son, Jay Snyder and wife Cheryl; sisters, Annette Hucaluk, Connie Gower and husband Larry; nieces, Lauren and Janna; nephews, George and Brandon. A brother-in-law, George Hucaluk preceded Ray in death. 

Services: A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
