Norman J. Kuhns, Jr., 73 of Whitehall, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born on October 1, 1948 in Allentown, he was a son of the late Norman Kuhns Sr., and Anna (Cook) Kocher. Norman and his wife, Mary (Morgan) celebrated 53 years of marriage together. He was employed as a truck driver for Baseline Trucking and as a meat cutter for A & B Meats for many years. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Coplay.

Survivors: in addition to his wife, Norman is survived by a son, John, and wife Deena Kuhns; daughter, Sheila and husband Jerry Matika; grandchildren, John and wife Kaitlyn Kuhns, Matthew Matika, Kayla Matika; brothers, Donald, Michael, Daniel, David; sister, Joanne Sommer and several nieces and nephews. Sister, Diane Stein preceded Norman in death.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 21 ^st at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be offered below.
