Nathaniel A. Straub, 19, of Walnutport passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Born November 11, 1997 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Christopher Straub, Sr. and Monica (Malik) Henthorn of Walnutport. Nathaniel was a graduate of Northampton High School in 2016. He worked at Joshua Tree Service as an apprentice, arborist-tree climber.

Survivors: mother and stepfather, Lee Henthorn; brothers, Dylan DeGroat and Christopher Straub, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Hank and Rita Straub; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Reba Simmons; grandmothers, Margaret Malik and Trudy Henthorn. Nathaniel was predeceased by his father, Christopher, Sr. and grandfathers, Pete Malik and Paul Henthorn, Jr.

Services: Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 18th at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call Monday 5 - 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 10 - 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St, Bethlehem.
