Nancy A. Stubits, 74, of Whitehall passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Joseph Stubits and they celebrated 28 years of marriage on July 17th. Born September 23, 1942 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late David and Margarite (Foulds) Reppert.

Nancy worked for the Whitehall School District for 20 years. She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton. Nancy was an avid bingo player and loved to organize bingo bus trips. She enjoyed taking walks and traveling to Canada.

Survivors: husband, Joseph; sons, Ernest Unangst and wife Michelle of Alburtis and Dennis Unangst and wife Sandra of Fort Smith, AK; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Joanne Yankowy of Whitehall; brother, George Reppert and wife Barbara of Breinigsville; nieces and nephews. Nancy was predeceased by grandson, Nathan; brother, Archie; sister, Margarite and nephew, Timothy Yankowy, Jr.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 1st at 10:30 a.m. in Queenship of Mary Church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call Thursday 9 - 10:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton.
