Michael R “Nik” Nikisher, 66 of East Allen Township, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones after a short, courageous battle with cancer on May 21, 2026. He was the son of Patricia (Walck) and the late Richard Nikisher. He was employed at Everson Tesla Inc. and before that was a welder by trade for many years. Nik was a die hard Philadelphia EAGLES and Dale Earnhardt fan. He enjoyed watching Nascar, hunting, fishing, cooking, astronomy and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. 

Survivors including his loving wife Eleanor, daughters Nikki, Noelle Nikisher, Natalie, husband Brian Alboucq, sons, Trevor and Caden Rains. Grandchildren, Myla, Kaia, Evelyn, Ian, Carson and Colin. His sister Cathy and husband Gary Hahn, and nieces and nephews. 

Services: Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th at 7:30 p.m. at the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may gather on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Interment will be private. 

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lehigh Valley Humane Society in loving memory of Lucy and Dezzi, Michael’s faithful canine companions.
