Michael Steven Kubat passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 61.  Mike was born on July 22, 1964, in Lansdale, PA, to the parents of Jean and Anthony Kubat. Michael graduated from Whitehall High School in 1982 and lived much of his life as an outdoorsman. He left home to start a new life in Trout Run, PA, as a lumberjack. Later, after moving to Montana, his adventurous personality led him to a career as a long-haul tractor trailer driver for Fed-Ex and managing oil fields. He even gave rodeo riding a try. His Montana property was home to three beautiful quarter horses and a house he built himself. Later, he opened a prepper shop in Pahrump, Nevada.

He is survived by his sister, Lynn Dufresne (Mike), and brothers, Wayne Henderson and James Henderson (Cindy).

A gathering will be held at Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton, on Thursday, October 16th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
