Marylou Eileen Walck, 81, of Walnutport, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Carbon Campus. Born on February 11, 1945, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late David E. and Pearl M. (Graver) Jones. Marylou was the wife of James Walck Jr., with whom she celebrated 61 years of marriage. She devoted much of her life to caring for her family as a stay-at-home mom. She later worked as a cashier at Turkey Hill. Marylou was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church, Cherryville. 

In addition to her husband, Marylou is survived by her daughters, Juliann Muffley and her husband, John, Angie Eaton and her husband, Gregory; her son, James Walck III; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her brother, David H. Jones; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Sandra Sperling. 

Services: A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 11:30 a.m. at Bethany Wesleyan Church, 675 Blue Mountain Dr., Cherryville. Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Danielsville Union Cemetery.
