Mary Jane "MJ" (Seko) Kovach, 77, of Bath, formerly of Northampton, passed away on February 21, 2020. She was the wife of Paul M. Kovach, Jr. for 58 years. Born January 20, 1943 in Northampton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Geraldine (Miller) Seko. She was a graduate of Northampton High School and worked at Western Electric for 28 years. She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Northampton. Mary Jane enjoyed spending time at Promised Land Lake and attending Penn State football games.

In addition to her husband, Mary Jane is survived by her children, Mary Ellen, wife of Joseph W. Schwartz, Walnutport; Paul M. Kovach III and his wife, Geri, Largo, FL; Debra Ann, wife of Brian L. Lesko, Salisbury Township; and Michael J. Kovach and his wife, Paula, Walnutport; sister, JoAnn (Seko) Koehler; six grandchildren, Joseph Schwartz, Andrew Schwartz, Kyle Schwartz, Joshua Kovach, Brianna Kovach and Tyler Lesko; and one great grandchild, Jordan Schwartz.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 26 ^th at 10:30 a.m. in Assumption BVM Church, 22nd & Washington Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call Wednesday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. in the church. Interment will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
