Marvin D. Reed, Jr, 73 of Lehighton, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenburg. Born on April 6, 1948 in Lehighton, he was a son of the late Marvin D. Reed, Sr. and Marguerite E. (Laury) Fisher. Marvin and his wife, Gloria (Chontofalsky) Reed celebrated 22 years of marriage together. He was employed in the garment industry for 48 years. He honorably served our country in the US Army during Vietnam.  Marvin enjoyed travelling and going on adventures with Gloria.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, Marvin is survived by daughters, Leslie Baran, Kimberly Binder; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Robert, Glen; sisters, Patricia Harris, Debra McArdle, Marla Lawson; and several nieces and nephews.
