Margaret E. Hummel, 94, of Danielsville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Liza's House, Danielsville. She was the wife of the late Kenneth P. "Pappy" Hummel. Born June 15, 1929, in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Galomas) Kirchner. Margaret was a member of Zion's Stone United Church of Christ. She loved the outdoors, especially bird watching, going on fishing trips in Canada, and tending to her flowers and garden.

Survivors: daughter, Kathleen Bammer; sons, Dennis J. and wife, Barbara, and Ronald E. and wife, Sharon; daughter-in-law, Linda; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her daughter, Lisa Cihylik, son, Kenneth J., a great-granddaughter, and 7 siblings.
