Lieselotte M. "Lisa" Nikisher, 96, of Walnutport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Lisa was the wife of the late Joseph Nikisher. Born May 8, 1925, in Merklingen, Germany, Lisa came to America and married her fiancé in November 1952. She was a daughter of the late Wilhelm and Maria Kübler. Lisa worked as a sewing machine operator. She was a faithful member of Bethany Wesleyan Church. Lisa enjoyed crocheting and loved baking delicious homemade bread.

Survivors: her children, Ingeborg Nierer and husband, Joe, Joseph Nikisher and wife, Anna, Maria Miller and husband, Jim, Elli Nikisher, Paul Nikisher and wife, Betteann, Veronica Pastier and husband, Joseph, Lisa Pastier and husband, Robert, and David Nikisher; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Lisa was predeceased by her sister, Elli Schimpf and husband, Alwin.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 18 ^th at 11:00 a.m. in the church, 675 Blue Mountain Dr., Cherryville. Family and friends may call Saturday from 9:00 a.m. till the time of service in the church. Interment will follow in Indianland Cemetery, Walnutport.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Lisa. Online condolences may be offered below.
