Kathleen Bodnar, 94, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was the wife of the late Michael Bodnar. They were married in Ireland in 1945 where they met while he was serving in the U.S. Navy. She was a daughter of the late Robert and Catherine McCallion. Kathleen worked at the former Riegel's Sportswear in Northampton for many years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Whitehall.

She was a very kind and loving person who will be dearly missed by daughter, Stephanie Bodnar; son, Michael Bodnar and wife, Diane; 2 grandsons, Daniel Blum and wife Jeri; Robert Blum and Maria Dizon; 10 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; brother, Thomas McCallion and wife May. Kathleen was predeceased by her daughter, Jean Marie Blum; brothers, Robert, Eddie and Patrick McCallion; and sister, Elizabeth Tomassetti.

Private services are under the direction of Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
