Judith R. (Steiger) Hall, 61, of Northampton, passed away after a year long battle with cancer, on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was the loving wife of Butch Gogel. Born September 27, 1962, in Allentown, she was the treasured daughter of Rosemarie (Tomasitz) and the late Stephen J. Steiger Sr. Judy worked for over 30 years in the mortgage industry and took pride in her position as the Vice President of Lending at Conquest Funding, Inc. She enjoyed gardening, collecting coins, and spending time with her friends and family. Judy's family was her pride and joy, especially her daughter and two grandsons whom she shared such an incredible bond. Anyone who knew Judy could attest to the joy and light she carried with her everywhere she went.

In addition to her mother, Rosemarie, and husband, Butch, Judy is survived by her daughter, Tara Fahringer and her husband, Stephen; grandsons, Brady and Colson; stepsons, Tanner Gogel and Matt Gogel. Judy was predeceased by her brother, Stephen "Shtip" Steiger Jr.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 27th at 10:30 a.m. in Assumption BVM Church, 22nd St. & Washington Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Tuesday morning from 8:00 to 9:45 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery.
