Joseph H. Ehrets, Jr., 94, of Whitehall, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Born on May 10, 1928, in Allentown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Theresa (Keppel) Ehrets, Sr. Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Edna, in 2021. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. He was employed as a laborer at Coplay Cement Company for 35 years. Joseph honorably served our country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall.

Survivors: Joseph is survived by a son, Brian and wife, Marianne; daughters, Lori Ehrets, Anita Rieker; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Kate Crimmins; brother, Thomas Ehrets; and nephew, Ben Ehrets.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 28 ^th at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 4102 S. Church St., Whitehall. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Whitehall. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
