John S. Pammer, 80 of Allen Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2023 in his home surrounded by his family. Born on March 20, 1942 in Coplay, he was the son of the late John C. and Hermina "Minnie" (Meihoffer) Pammer. John and his wife, Violet (Bartholomew) celebrated 61 years of marriage together. John was a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School Class of 1960. He was employed as a mechanic for Mack Trucks for 38 years until his retirement. John was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church, Northampton and the United Auto Workers Local 677. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, going to the casino and antique dealing.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, John is survived by daughter, Laurie Clabbers and husband Michael; son, Robert and wife Anne Marie and grandchildren, Nicholas Clabbers and wife Anna, Andrea Blythe and husband Nolan and Maria Pammer.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 11 ^th at 10:30 a.m. in the church, 2181 Washington Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Saturday, February 11 ^th from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in the church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
