John R. Molnar, 55, of Coplay, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, at home. Born February 10, 1967, in Allentown, he was the son of Joan M. (Yost) and the late John J. Molnar. John was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church. He loved spending time outdoors with his children and grandchildren. John also enjoyed fishing, and was an avid fan of the Phillies, Flyers, and Dallas Cowboys. He was a member of the Coplay Saengerbund.

In addition to his mother, John is survived by his children, Erin Scheid and husband, Chris, JR, and Courtney; grandchildren, Ty and Maci; sister, Melissa Pittas and husband, Nick; and nieces, Kristina and Sofia.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Feb. 18 ^th at 1:30 p.m. in the church, 4 So. 5 ^th St., Coplay. Family and friends may call Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st St., Northampton. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
