Joanne L. Pammer, 79, of Whitehall, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of Michael Pammer. Born December 15, 1946, in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth L. Sr. and Margaret A. (Walp) Kleppinger. Joanne graduated from WAHS class of 1964 and Bethlehem Business School.  Joanne worked many years at Service Electric and JCPenney. She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Allentown.

In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by daughters, Michelle Wahlmark, and Melissa Yates and her husband, Shaun; granddaughter, Lauren Wahlmark; sister, Eleanor Jacobs and her husband, Ron; niece Jen Jankowski and her husband Thomas; nephews David Kenneson and his wife Gina; and Thomas Kleppinger and grandcat, Bella. She was predeceased by sister, Dorothy Hermansader, and brother, Kenneth Kleppinger II.

Services: A visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by a prayer service at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Entombment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.  Contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospice, 801 Ostrum St, Bethlehem, PA  18015.
