Jill Marie (Meixner) Prandstatter, of Elmwood Park, NJ formerly of Northampton, PA and Oakdale, NY has passed away on Friday November 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Allentown, PA on December 2, 1966, she was the daughter of Ruthann (Plata) Grieshammer and Richard Meixner. She was the wife of Keith Prandstatter for 23 years.

She grew up on Long Island, graduated from Connetquot High School, where she performed in many theater productions. She enjoyed riding horses and performed in many horse shows. She took courses at Penn State and Centenary College with an interest in broadcasting.

She worked many years in the printing business and the last few years in various medical fields. Her last employment was at Residence Eye Care Assoc. through her life she enjoyed reading, traveling, shooting darts with friends, cooking, baking and writing books. She is the author of 2 published books.

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Keith, her daughters Anna and Lily, her mother Ruthann, her mother-in-law Sue Prandstatter, her sister-in-law Sue (James) Benjamin, her brothers-in-law Chris and Wayne (Laura) Prandstatter, and her grandmother-in-law Sophie Herch and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father Richard, her stepfather Roland Grieshammer, her grandparents Michael (Anna) Plata and Frank (Rose) Meixner.

Services will be held on Saturday November 11, 2023 at Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. The viewing will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Services will follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Assumption BVM Parish Cemetery.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Virgin Mary Church or American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
