Jessica V. Pisciotta Fernandez, 42, of Stroudsburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Born September 12, 1978 in Queens, NY. Jess attended Whitehall High School. Her singing talent was evident from a very early age and she graduated with honors from Temple University with a degree in Vocal Performance/ Opera receiving a full scholarship to Graduate School.

She started her career at Technologic Partners in NYC and went on to become Manager, Business Operations at Dow Jones in Princeton,NJ.  Moving back to the state she called home, Jess worked at Victaulic Company as a Business Analytics and Technology Manager.

Jessica was predeceased by her loving Grandparents, Mary and John Clementi and her brother Richard Ballas

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Gabriella and son George,  parents -  Josephine Clementi (Dan Ruckdeschel) and Salvatore Fernandez (Stephanie),  sister-Katie Maceda (Jason),  step-sisters and brother, Annie, Abby, Cindy and DJ Ruckdeschel, her companion - TJ Bill, Aunts and Uncles - Maria and Lenny Ballas,  Josephine Mazzallo and John Fernandez (Maureen),  She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, many cousins and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 1:00 to 2:00pm, with a prayer service at 2:00pm at the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st St., Northampton.

Memorials may be presented to the family for Jessica's children in her loving memory.
