Jay E. Hiner, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born December 16, 1953 in Ord, NE, he was a son of Loyal Hiner and Irene (Franzen) Harrington. Jay worked as a truck driver and laborer until retirement. He loved the outdoors, especially canoeing, kayaking, and gardening. He enjoyed art and wood burning. Jay was also an avid reader.

Survivors: daughters, Erica Rinker and husband, Rodney Jr., and Courtney McClelland and husband, Ryan; grandchildren, MaKenzie, Braydon, Peyton, Amelia, Bryce, and Bria; former wife, Deborah Hiner; dear friend, Susan Phillips; siblings, Robin Hiner and wife, Bonnie, Randy Harrington and wife, Tonya, and Pam Baer and husband, Gary; and several nieces and nephews. Jay was predeceased by siblings, Alan Hiner and Pat Harrington.
