Janis E. Fegely, 74, of Egypt, passed away comfortably in her sleep on Saturday, May 7, 2022, in her home. Born on October 7, 1947, in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Supp) Sharkazy. Janis and her devoted husband, Larry, celebrated 51 years of marriage together. She was a graduate of Whitehall High School and Empire Beauty School. She worked as a hairdresser and later as a café worker at Cedar Crest College, which she enjoyed equally. Janis was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

Survivors: In addition to her husband, Janis is survived by sons, Michael of Whitehall, James and wife, Laura, of Winter Haven, FL; sister, Lana and husband, Ray, of Annandale, VA; brother, Dennis and wife, Karen, of Whitehall. A brother, Joseph, preceded Janis in death.

Services: Private services will be held with her family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton. Online condolences may be offered below.
