Glenn R. Kane Sr., 73, of Lehigh Township, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born on August 22, 1952, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late John and Maxine (Marquis) Kane. Glenn was preceded in death by his first wife, Annie, in 2008 and his second wife, Katherine, in 2023. He was employed as a custodian for the Northampton Area School District for 25 years. Glenn honorably served our country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton. 

Survivors: son, Glenn Jr. and wife, Nicole; stepdaughter, Corrine Thompson-Melissari; 4 grandchildren, Ashleigh (Joseph), Shaun, Geoffrey, his only Steelers co-fan, and Marshal Jr. (Erikkha); sister, Kathleen McCabe; brother, Danny Kane; and several nieces and nephews. Sisters, Linda and Vickie, and a brother, Bobby, preceded Glenn in death. 

Services: A celebration of life will be held on Friday May 8th at 11:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may gather on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Northampton.
