Gene W. Miller, 75, of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Arden Courts, Allentown, surrounded by his loving family. Born June 9, 1951, in Northampton, he was a son of the late Clarence W. and Elda (Jacoby) Miller. Gene dedicated many years of service to Mack Trucks. He attended services at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Whitehall. He had a passion for riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a deep love for race cars. He had a special appreciation for Chevy Corvettes and 1967 Chevelles, especially those in red. 

Survivors: significant other of 29 years, Michelle S. Tabatabai; son, Justin Miller (Dana); daughter, Leslie Herring (Michael); stepdaughters, Roxanna (Nick) and Nicole; grandchildren, Parker, Hannah, Emmett, Wyatt, Shawn, Matthew, Grace, Jackson, Ben, and Nate; brothers, Dale Miller and Barry C. Miller (Tina Marie); and sister, Larue. He was predeceased by his former wife, Virginia Miller. 

Services: A visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. in Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery, Northampton. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Alzheimer’s Association in Gene’s memory. Online condolences may be offered below.
