Frederick Maitski, 63 of Nazareth, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in Gracedale Nursing Home. Born on September 29, 1961 in Allentown, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary (Myster) Maitski. Fred was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Northampton. He was an avid gardener and specifically enjoyed taking care of fruit trees. He loved to follow politics and always made sure to vote.

Survivors: brothers, Michael and wife Sharon, Tim and wife Lori; sisters, Jane Maitski Geiger and husband Bill, Margie Maitski; nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A brother, Matthew; and sister, Christine preceded Fred in death.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11th at 10:30 a.m. in Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Online condolences may be submitted below.
