Esther M. Haldeman, 95, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully at home on October 14, 2025. Born June 20, 1930 in Milton, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Lavina (Ferry) Yerger. She was married to the late Sterling Haldeman, Sr. Esther was a member of Grace UCC Church, Northampton. She was a sewing machine operator for various garment factories in the Lehigh Valley until she retired in 1978.

Survivors: son, Sterling Haldeman, Jr and wife Susan and grandson Sterling III. She was predeceased by a daughter Lavina.

Services: Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Cherryville Road, Northampton. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
