Emma H. Legath, 90, formerly of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her daughter's home in Texas. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Legath, Sr., who passed away on June 29, 2020. Born March 20, 1932, in Bath, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Kleinschuster) Weiss. Emma worked at AT&T for many years. She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church.

Survivors: son, Frank J., Jr.; daughter, Kathleen Richards; grandchildren, Derek, Meagen and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Katie; sister, Catherine Marx; nieces, nephews, and friends.

Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 9 ^th at 10:30 a.m. in the church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call Monday from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st St., Northampton. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery.
