Elizabeth A. "Betty" Krisak, 83, of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Betty and her husband, Johnny, celebrated 52 years of marriage on July 18 ^th . Born September 20, 1939, in Nazareth, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline (Pierzga) Tanhauser. Betty was a Claims Examiner at Prudential Insurance for many years and a top demonstrator with Pick-A-Pearl home parties. She was a devout Catholic and faithful member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Church. Betty was an avid reader; sometimes completing a book a day. She loved playing games and doing puzzles on her iPad, and enjoyed watching and attending all Philadelphia sports with her husband. She would do anything for anyone and truly enjoyed making family and friends smile.

In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by daughters, Lisa Comperatore and husband, David, Paula Fehlinger and husband, Dan, and Wendy Kalamar and husband, Brian; grandchildren, Colin, Carter, Caroline, and Matthew; sisters, Susan Novak, and JoAnn Shimkus and husband, Al; brother, Andrew Tanhauser and wife, Sue; sister-in-law, Sue Mack and husband, Mal; and nieces, nephews and cousins. Betty was predeceased by her brother, Joseph.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 15 ^th at 12:00 p.m. in the church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem. Family and friends may gather Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton. Arrangements are under the direction of Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton. Online condolences may be offered below.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Notre Dame of Bethlehem Church in loving memory of Betty.
