Elaine R. Beals, 80, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Fellowship Community. Born November 13, 1945 in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Ruth (Issermoyer) Greenawalt. Elaine was a data processing teacher at Lehigh Career Technical Institute for 37 years. She loved cats, and taking cruises with Royal Caribbean, where she enjoyed over 70 trips. 

Survivors: husband, William; sister, Eleanor Young and husband Bruce; niece, Donna Pavlovic and husband Peter; nephews, Jeffrey and Steven Young; a great-niece and a great-nephew; and a great-great-niece and great-great-nephew. 

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton.
