Edward Paul Kimak, 68, of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2026. He was the husband of Lois (Weiner) Kimak. Born on December 28, 1957, he was a son of the late Edward and Dorothy (Smolick) Kimak. He was a 1975 graduate of Northampton High School. He worked at Steamfitters Local Union 420. Edward was an avid outdoorsman with a love for hunting and fishing. He was a fan of live music and a dedicated fan of the Grateful Dead.

In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his daughter, Leah M. Kimak, wife of James J. Kurtz; grandchildren, Nicole, Anthony, Allison and Paityn; sisters, Stephanie Borger, wife of Gary Borger, Mary Ann Pitts, wife of Theodore Pitts, and Paula Sheehan; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Kimak; son, Edward Anthony Kimak; brother, Matthew E. Kimak; and sister, Susan M. (Hartman) Kimak.

Services: A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of Edward's family.
