Edward M. Bobeck, 90, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Born on March 11, 1934, in Whitehall, he was a son of the late Michael and Catherine (Oberla) Bobeck. Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann, in 2010 after 53 years of marriage together. He was employed as a plumber for Dave Brands Plumbing and Heating and a chemical operator for Hoffman – LaRoche for several years. He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force during Korea. Edward was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Nazareth, where he served as sexton and usher for many years. In addition, he was a member of the Holy Family Club, Coplay Maennerchor, Catholic War Veterans Post 454 in Northampton, and the American Legion Post 353 in Northampton.

Survivors: Edward is survived by his son, Joseph Bobeck and wife, Judy; and grandchildren, Frank and Krista. Edward was predeceased by a son, Edward Jr., 7 brothers, and 4 sisters.

Services: Family and friends may call on Sunday, January 26th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Family Catholic Church, 410 W. Center St., Nazareth. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery, Taylor, PA.
