Dorothy "Dotty" Paul, 69, of Bethlehem, passed away early on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Dr. Steven L. "Steve" Paul, who predeceased her by three weeks. Dotty and Steve were married for over 46 years. Born February 15, 1950 in Montclair, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Judith (Moxley) Frazer.

Dotty found great joy in working as a Doula and as a Bradley Childbirth Educator with her husband. She loved relaxing on the beach and delighted in searching for shells. Dotty enjoyed gardening and had a wonderful green thumb. She had a special spot in her heart for African Violets. She loved her family and dogs; they were the center of her world.

Survivors: daughter, Robyn of Bethlehem, son, Scott of Wilson, sisters, Phyllis Frazer-Mayer of Tinton Falls, NJ and Laura Frazer of Clifton, NJ, and three nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 9th at 3:00 p.m. in Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church, 3100 Hecktown Rd., Bethlehem. Family and friends may gather Sunday 2:00-3:00 p.m. in the church.
