Dorinda Ann Aponte-Malone, 64, of Allentown, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. Born June 26, 1958, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Adrian (Sprecher) Malone. Dorinda worked for the Allentown School District as a crossing guard. She loved going for walks, cooking, and doing word puzzles. Dorinda loved her family and taking care of each of them, especially her grandkids.

Survivors: her children, Monica Peterson and husband, Erik, Robert Aponte and wife, Giselle, Daniel Aponte, Siobhan Aponte, Dorinda Aponte-Tews and husband, Warren, Richard Aponte, and wife, Mia, Adrian Aponte and fiance, Thomas O'Brien, and Aiden Aponte; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Patrick Malone, Adrienne Farrell, Frances Closs, and Denis Malone; and many nieces and nephews.

Services: Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, December 14th from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st St., Northampton. A Prayer service will follow at 6:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to St. Luke's Development Office for the Infusion Center, 801 Ostrum Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015 in loving memory of Dorinda.
