Dolph M. Wechsler, 74 of Coplay, passed away on 10/13/2021 while surrounded by his loved ones. Dolph was born in Northampton, to Adolph and Helen Wechsler on 12/12/1946. He was a proud 1964 graduate of Whitehall High School. After serving in the United States Air Force, he returned home, where he met and married his beloved wife Peggie on 12/26/1977. Together they raised two wonderful sons. Through the years Dolph was employed as a heavy equipment operator, coded welder, stock car mechanic, skydiver and was proudly involved in the Coplay Sports Program which included knee high baseball coaching for 17 years. Dolph was preceded in death by his father (Adolph), mother (Helen), sister (Carol Sommers) and beloved wife (Peggie).

Survivors: He is survived by his sons Russ Wechsler and Dolph E. Wechsler. Three grandsons Nate, Garrett, and Christian Wechsler. One daughter in law, Amy Wechsler.

For those who knew Dolph well, they will remember his deep love for his wife Peggie, and the great pride and joy that he had for his sons and grandsons many accomplishments. People will remember that Dolph enjoyed great friendships, family gatherings, travelling, many sporting events, pool tournaments and all racing events. Friends and family will remember Dolph had a strong will to survive and to overcome the odds.
