Dennis J. Kish, 86, of North Catasauqua, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 11, 2025. Born March 21, 1939, in Cementon, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Anna H. (Ferenchko) Kish. Dennis was the devoted husband of the late Judith A. (Kidd) Kish, with whom he shared 63 years of marriage. Dennis was employed by UGI Corporation for 47 years, beginning his career as a draftsman and retiring from the corrosion department. A respected professional in his field, Dennis was a dedicated member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) for over 30 years, serving with pride as past chair of the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley sections. Deeply committed to his community, Dennis volunteered his time with Catty Junior Baseball, the Lion's Club, and parish activities at both the St. Lawrence the Martyr and St. John Fisher Churches. In his free time, Dennis loved playing golf, listening and dancing to Polka music, and playing his accordion. One of his greatest joys in life was cheering on his children and grandchildren at their sporting events and activities— he never missed a chance to show his support and pride.

Dennis is survived by his children, Jeff Kish and his wife, Ellen, and Donna Kish Umar and her husband, Anthony; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Kish; sister, Barbara Kleman and husband, Walter; sister-in-law, Rosemary Kish; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Edward Kish, and sister, Jeanette Lebish.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 26th at 11:00 a.m. in St. John Fisher Church, 1237 Third St., N. Catasauqua. Family and friends may gather on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the church. Interment of Dennis and Judith Kish will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, N. Catasauqua.
