Daniel J. Marchetto, 91, of Northampton, passed away peacefully at home on January 24, 2024. Born April 20, 1932 in Allentown, he was a son of the late Peter J. and Helen (Ockovsky) Marchetto. He was the husband of Florence M. (Nicholas) Marchetto, with whom he shared 69 years of marriage. Daniel was a deli manager for various supermarkets, and a school bus driver for Carbon Lehigh IU21. He honorably served our country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors: Wife; daughters, Donna (David) Moser, Denise Marchetto, Danielle Marchetto Fegely; grandchildren, Lauren Marchetto, Daniel Moser, Michael Moser; great-grandchildren, Amelia and Maverick; a sister, Vivian (Joseph) Kober; brother-in-law, Arnold "Nick" Nicholas; several nieces and nephews.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in Queenship of Mary Church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton.
