Catherine (Molchany) Sinkovits, 96, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully at Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center on Friday, April 14, 2023. Born February 17, 1927 in Cementon, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Katherine (Mayer) Molchany. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Sinkovits. Catherine was a devout member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Whitehall. She was passionate about reading and loved spending time with her family.  She was beloved by all and will be greatly missed.

Survivors: son, Frank Sinkovits, III and wife Bonita; daughters, Stephanie Watts and husband Anthony, Kathleen Clark; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Catherine is predeceased by brothers, Paul, Albert, George and sisters, Betty Hanna, Helen Laventure, and Geraldine Filipovits.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 22 ^nd at 10:30 a.m. in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. in the church.  Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Whitehall. Arrangements are under the direction of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton. Online condolences may be submitted below.
