Catherine was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church and was in the Apostleship of Prayer, the Rosary Guild, and Ladies Sodality. Catherine was also an active member of the Friendly Fifties. She enjoyed painting, reading, playing cards, bowling, making pierogies at home and in her church, dancing a polka, and most especially spending time with family.
