Bernice Bohenek, 83, of Schuylkill Haven, PA, formerly of Northampton, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. Born on January 2, 1938, in Hazelton, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret (Stasko) Bechtloff. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, in 2008. She was employed as a seamstress and presser in the garment industry for many years. She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Northampton.

Survivors: Bernice is survived by her children, Karen Bohenek, Richard Bohenek, Lori (Bohenek) and John Cunningham, Janice Link and fiancé, Steve Tuscan; and grandsons, Colton and Jared Link.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 22nd at 10:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Entombment will be in the parish cemetery.
