Anthony J. Winkelbauer, Sr., 87, of Northampton, passed away peacefully at home on September 14, 2022. Born on June 12, 1935 in Northampton, he was the son of the late Rose Winkelbauer. He was the loving husband of Dolores M. (Hammel) Winkelbauer, with whom he shared 62 years of marriage. Anthony was a foreman for the Northampton Water Authority for 45 years, and served on the Board for 20 years. He honorably served in the US Army. Anthony was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, the NRA, and a life member of the Alliance Fire Co.

Survivors: Wife, sons, Mark and companion Vicki, James, and Anthony Jr; a daughter Christine Grady; grandchildren Gianna and Cecelia Winkelbauer, Derrick Russell; nieces and nephews.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 21, at 10:30 am in Queenship of Mary Church, 1324 Newport Avenue, Northampton. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21 ^st Street, Northampton.
