Anna Kostishak, 96, of Northampton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Sacred Heart Senior Living. She was the wife of the late Emil H. Kostishak of Frackville. Born January 19, 1927, in Pitman, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Theodora (Masley) Koziar. Anna worked at Western Electric, South Manufacturing, and was a Home Health Aid for Lehigh County. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Northampton, where she enjoyed volunteering for many years making perogies.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie, wife of Kevin Hansen of Northampton; two grandsons, Drew and Nolan; sisters, Pearl Chwastiak of Emmaus, and Sally Gordon of Macungie; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by infant daughter, Mary; son, Emil; granddaughter, Kasha; five brothers and two sisters.

Services: A Divine Liturgy will be held on Thursday, January 4th at 10:30 a.m. in the church, 1343 Newport Ave., Northampton. Family and friends may gather Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the church. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hillside School in Macungie, PA, or to the church in honor of Anna.
